Rechecks

We offer a courtesy recheck, for the same condition, 7 days from the initial visit.

Rechecks within 14 days after the initial visit, for the same condition, have a fee of $20.  


Phone Consultations

​We do not provide phone consultations for medical conditions or Quality of Life discussions as the doctors cannot fully evaluate your pet's health over the phone.  Please schedule an exam.

We cannot provide medical advice for a pet we have not examined.


Medical Records

​Please be aware that any doctor that has treated your pet, at Little Paws Dog and Cat Hospital, will not intervene (via phone, email, or letter) in any insurance claim on behalf of the client or pet. 

Please allow 5 business days to process medical record requests.


Prescriptions


If your pet has not been examined by a doctor at this hospital or has a similar condition as a different pet in the home an exam is required to prescribe medication.

We cannot refill medications if we have not seen your pet for more than 1 year.  Certain conditions may require your pet to be examined prior to refilling any medications even if your pet has been examined within the year.
 

REFILLS: Please notify us at least 5 business days before the end of your pet’s medications.
